Auston Grove is a very pet friendly community offering the opportunity for residents to have one or two pets of any weight. Please see the list of applicable fees below. We do have breed restrictions and pets may not be any mix of the below breeds.
Pet Fees *
- $250 for 35 pounds or under at full growth
- $350 for 35 pounds at full growth
- $10 Monthly Pet Fee
Restricted pet breeds are as follows: German Shepherds, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Chows, Pit Bull (also known as Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier.)
