Chris Jones: Community ManagerChris has been working in property management for over 13 years and has managed Auston Grove since it opened in 2003. Chris has his Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Education. Once a school teacher, Chris found his calling in property management and is passionate about making Auston Grove the best community to call home. Chris is most proud of the fact that Auston Grove has been voted HHHunt’s Community of the Year three times in it’s seven years of existence. Chris is dedicated to constantly improving Auston Grove in every aspect from its immaculate landscaping to it’s friendly and helpful customer service. Chris has been in Raleigh for 14 years but grew up in the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina. He has been married 13 years and has two beautiful girls. When not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with family, golfing, softball and lifting weights. |

Chris Carlyle: Assistant ManagerChris is a native of North Carolina who spent much of his life in the mountains. He attended school in Banner Elk, NC where he graduated from Lees McRae College. He moved to Chapel Hill in 1999 where he got his first job in property management. Chris has been with Auston Grove since January, 2004. In his spare time he loves spending time with his wife and son, playing basketball, watching movies, and cheering on his beloved North Carolina Tar Heels! GO HEELS |

Kali Dabbo: Marketing RepresentativeKali moved to North Carolina from San Diego in 2002 to attend Elon University. She graduated in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. During her time at Elon, she met her husband, Nick. They were married in September 2010. Kali joined the Auston Grove team in 2007. She has enjoyed getting to know the residents at Auston Grove as well as her coworkers over the last several years. In her spare time, Kali enjoys traveling to California and Connecticut with Nick to visit family almost every month. Kali also enjoys watching and playing sports. She loves supporting her Chargers, Padres and Duke Blue Devils |

Mallory Mathis, Marketing RepresentativeMallory is a recent graduate of UNC-Wilmington with a Bachelors Degree in Business Development/ Entrepreneurship. She is saying goodbye to the beach and returning to Raleigh where she has lived for the past 6 years with her family. In her spare time Mallory enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and soaking up the sun at the beach! She is excited to join the team and looks forward to meeting everyone! |

Ricky Reed-Service ManagerRicky has been in the apartment service industry for over 20 years and has been with Auston Grove since it opened in 2003. He has served as Service Manager for the past two years. His certifications include; Universal CFC, holds certifications as a Certified Pool Operator, and Wake County Pool Operator. Ricky has earned several Customer Service Awards with HHHunt and strives to go above and beyond resident’s expectations. Ricky lives onsite and is a resident favorite. Ricky enjoys spending time with his dog Dixie, watching sports and buying a new car every 6 months. |

Dale Adkins: Service TechnicianDale has been in the apartment service industry for more than 25 years. Before his long and distinguished Property Management career, Dale proudly served in the United States Army. Dale was stationed in Germany. His certifications include; Universal CFC, holds certifications as a Certified Pool Operator, and Wake County Pool Operator. Dale has been with Auston Grove since it opened in 2003 and has won Maintenance Technician of the Year with HHHunt. Dale takes great pride in doing the job right the first time and is a resident favorite. Dale is always available and willing to lend a helping hand to residents and co-workers alike. Dale has been happily married for 28 years and is proud of his three children, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Dale enjoys fishing and hunting in his spare time. |

Nathan Locklear: Service TechnicianNathan Locklear is a native of North Carolina. Born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. He has a wonderful wife and three beautiful children. Nathan graduated Fayetteville Tech with an Associate's Degree in HVAC. He brings a wealth of maintenance knowledge to the Auston Grove team. Nathan began as temporary maintenance assistance during the busy Summer months but has accepted a full time position. Nathan has a strong desire to help and advance others and loves his Dallas Cowboys. |
