Dale has been in the apartment service industry for more than 25 years. Before his long and distinguished Property Management career, Dale proudly served in the United States Army. Dale was stationed in Germany. His certifications include; Universal CFC, holds certifications as a Certified Pool Operator, and Wake County Pool Operator. Dale has been with Auston Grove since it opened in 2003.  Dale takes great pride in doing the job right the first time and is a resident favorite. Dale is always available and willing to lend a helping hand to residents and co-workers alike. Dale has been happily married for 28 years and is proud of his three children, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Dale enjoys fishing and hunting in his spare time.

Here is an excerpt from his nomination:

This is one of those people that everyone would like to “clone”.   This person’s never ending optimism, work ethic, and integrity is truly amazing.  Besides the fact that he is an amazing Service Technician, he is an amazing human being.  This person is always the first one at work and usually the person driving through the property at the end of the day to see if there are any new service requests.  He constantly goes above and beyond his job description and is a major contributor to the curb appeal of this community.  He is the first person to lend a helping hand to a coworker or a resident and the residents truly trust and adore him.  He is never unhappy and never complains.  

As one of his nominations said, “not only is Dale a crucial part of our team at Auston Grove, but he is the kindest man with the hugest heart”.
